Our thanks toTrou de Fer translates as the Iron Hole. It's a unique and spectacular natural phenomenon located in the middle of the Réunion National Park in the Indian Ocean. Thanks to the volcanic activity the ground here slumped into enormous depths and persistent rainfalls formed an art piece which doesn't exist elsewhere on our planet. This canyon is the Mount Everest among canyons. Thanks to its inaccessibility the nature in this region has preserved in its wildest form one could ever imagine. The inside of the canyon could be seen only by few people. Only the best of the best can abseil into its depths, but even that doesn't guarantee they will ever manage to return. That's up to nature to decide. This is because it's located in the world's rainiest place in the world. Yearly precipitation here reaches a record-breaking 10 metres...

The Iron Hole is a spot of breathtaking beauty situated in the heart of the Reunion National Park. Over there, volcanic upheaval has brought about a huge geological collapse eroded by continuous rainfalls. You have to struggle your way into the Iron Hole. Nevertheless, canyoning is practiced by a handful of rash professionals.
Among them, five Slovaks who will give it a try...

Le "Trou de fer" est un site naturel spectaculaire situé au coeur du Parc national de La Réunion. L’activité volcanique y a provoqué un effondrement géologique vertigineux unique au monde, érodé par des pluies persistantes.
La nature y est restée à l’état brut, de par la grande difficulté d’accès.
Ils sont très peu nombreux à se risquer dans ce canyon, et pour cause : situé dans l’une des zones les plus pluvieuses au monde, vous etes complètement dépendant de la nature. Malgré tout, cinq Slovaques vont tenter l’aventure.

Das Trou de Fer ist ein einzigartiges Naturphänomen im Herzen des Nationalparks der Insel Réunion im Indischen Ozean. Vulkanische Aktivitäten und der beständige Niederschlag in der regenreichsten Zone der Erde haben hier eine spektakuläre Canyon-Landschaft geschaffen - den „Everest der Canyons". Der Grund der Schlucht ist nahezu unerreichbar - eine vom Menschen völlig unberührte Wildnis. Wer sich dort hineinwagt, hat keine Garantie je zurückzukehren.

Trou de Fer significa letteralmente "buco di ferro". Si tratta di un spettacolare fenomeno naturale unico della sua specie. Grazie all'attività vulcanica la terra sprofondò in grande profondità e pioggie persistenti hanno formato un'opera considerata come piÚ alto livello di difficoltà attualmente esistente. Da molti Ă giudicato l'Everest del canyoning. Nelle sue profonditá riescono a scendere solo i migliori dei migliori, ma neanche questo garantisce che riusciranno a tornare. La decisione sta solo alla Natura. Infatti, Ă situato al posto piÚ piovoso del mondo - sull'isola di Reunion nell'Oceano Indiano. Le precipitazioni annuali qui raggiungono un record di 10 metri.

Demir Delik. Hint Okyanusunda Reunion Ulusal Parkinin ortasinda bulunan benzersiz ve görülmeye deger dogal alandir. Volkanik aktivite sayesinde tabanda muazzam derinliklerde çökmeler oluşmuş ve israrci yagmursuyu benzersiz bir sanat eserinin oluşmasini saglamiştir. Bu kanyon, kanyonlarin arasinda Everest dagi gibidir.
