The documentary about mounatin porters in the High Tatras raised interest in the world again. 32nd Torello's International Festival of Mountain and Adventure Films, is one of the most important festivals of its kind in the world. The best films from around the world relating to mountains and mountain culture have been screened and 40 of them entered into competition between 1.-20. November 2016. More than 6000 people visited this festival. Five members of the jury decided that the story about old generation of mountain porters Freedom under Load is the Best Film of the festival - Grand Prize - Golden Edelweiss. The documentary was awarded with Silver Edelweiss - Best Photography - as well.
