One of the main prizes of the festival - Alpine Camera goes to Live for Passion. The International Mountainfilm Festival took place in Graz on 10. - 14. 11. 2015. It won the category Alpinism & Expeditions in the competition of 26 films. The Festival takes place since 1986 and belongs to the Alliance of Mountainfilms with Mountainsfilms Festivals from all over the world.
Jury: "An impressive mix of unknown pages of the Slovakian mountain climbing history and a difficult winter sportive challenge. Two young climbers try to connect some of the most difficult routes in the Tatras opened by the Slovakian climber Wieslaw Stanislawski. A young intellectual with the passion of mountain climbing. The Jury was impressed by the elaborate cinematographic storytelling and the technical achievement of the young climbers. Outstanding filming in the mountain and original editing of historical writings and pictures of Stanislawski."
