Film Footprints on the Ridge has got the Audience Prize during the 10th anniversary of the festival Spotkania z Filmem Górskim in Zakopane, 3. - 7. 9. 2014.
Since 2005 the festival belongs to the International Alliance For Mountain Film, which promotes, enhances and conserves mountain cinematography. 21 festivals from 17 countries of Europe, Asia, and North and South America are members of IAMF.
25 films from all over the world were selected to the competitive part of the festival in Zakopane. The international jury awarded the Austrian film Cerro Torre – A Snowball's Chance in Hell. The Audience Prize goes to the film Footprints on the Ridge.
Footprints on the Ridge is the sixth part of the series Tales of the Tatras Peaks, awarded by 17 prices so far. In coproduction with RTVS and financial supported by AVF.
